Who we are
WHAT WE DO
The ITA-STQB association (Italian Software Testing Qualifications Board) was founded in 2007 with the aim of implementing the certification of skills in Software Quality areas such as Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Software Architecture, and Software Testing in Italy, in accordance with the international procedures defined by reference schemes such as ISTQB®, IREB®, IQBBA®, iSAQB®, TMMi®.
The ITA-STQB mission includes the following aspects:
- Certify ICT professionals in Italy in Software Quality topics, offering the exams both in Italian and English language
- Translate syllabi and other materials into Italian
- Accredit training event providers aligned with the ISTQB® and IQBBA® syllabi
- Actively contribute to the evolution of international reference frameworks
- Stimulate interest in Software Quality topics in Italy by organizing conferences and specific events
- Promote the exchange of expertise on Software Quality topics
